4. User Conduct
When using the Platform, you agree not to:

- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation.
- Use the Platform for any purpose other than genuine matrimonial matchmaking.
- Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any other user.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content.
- Upload content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or systems.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Platform.
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
5. Profile Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including photos, descriptions, and personal information. By posting content on ShaadiTaiyari, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Platform's services.
5.2 Content Standards
All profile content must be truthful and represent you accurately. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice.
5.3 Photo Guidelines
Profile photos must be clear, recent images of you. Group photos, celebrity images, landscapes, or heavily altered photos may be removed. Photos must not contain nudity, offensive imagery, or copyrighted material.
6. Matches & Communications
ShaadiTaiyari provides tools for discovering and connecting with potential matches. However, we do not guarantee compatibility, the accuracy of other users' profiles, or the outcome of any interaction. You acknowledge that:
- All communications with other users are at your own risk.
- We do not conduct criminal background checks on users.
- You should exercise caution and good judgment in all interactions.
- We recommend meeting in public places for initial in-person meetings.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described therein.
8. Intellectual Property

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ShaadiTaiyari makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from your use of the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
